Location Based Commercial Services acquire geographical location information about one or more targets and provide services, based on that location information, to the user invoking the service. Examples of Location Based Commercial Services include Directory Assistance, Information Services (e.g., weather), Navigation Services, Friends and Family Finder Services, and Vehicle Tracking Services.
